¹⁵⁹⁸ अवैष्णवस्तु यो विप्रः स पाषण्ड प्रकीर्तितः । पद्म VI. 262 27. The वृद्धहारीतस्मृति also requires the zealous Vaiṣṇava not to pay homage to or worship another god nor to enter the temple of another god 'नान्यं देवं नमस्कुर्यान्नान्यं देवं प्रपूजयेत् । नान्यप्रसादं भुञ्जीत नान्यदायतनं विशेत् ॥ 8 85-86.
