¹⁴⁵¹ यो विद्याच्चतुरो वेदान्साङ्गोपनिषदो द्विज. । न चेत्पुराणं संविद्यान्नैव स स्याद्विचक्षणः ॥ वायु I 200, स्कन्द, प्रभासखण्ड 2 93, पद्म V. 2 50-51 (reads the second half as 'पुराणं च विजानाति य स तस्माद्विचक्षण. ।' ब्रह्माण्ड I. 1. 170 has the first half.
