(3) Herds of 100 heads of afflicted or crippled cattle, or cattle that cannot be milked by anyone other than the accustomed person, cattle that are not easily milked (*Durdoha*), or cattle that bring forth dead off-spring (*Putraghnī*). Such a useless and abandoned herd (*bhagnotsṛishṭa*) may be looked after by one person and paid by a share of the dairy produce.
