He will also have recorded in his books the following particulars to be supplied by the Heads of different Departments (*Sarvādhikaraṇānām*): (1) the work to be done, (2) the work done, (3) cash balance, (4) revenue and expenditure, (5) statements of accounts (*nīvī*), (6) the time for submission of their reports of work by the scribes (*upasthānaṁ kāyasthānāṁ svasvakārya-darśanārthasannidhāna-* *kālam*) and (7) the locality concerned, its customs, and previous systems followed in it.
