At DADHERI the late Harappans of Sub-pd I A had their settlements over solid rammed mud platforms, evidently as a measure of flood protection. Evidence of scouring of the habitation of Sub-pd I A and deposit of silt and flood debris is well-recorded in the section of the deepest trench at this site.
