Pd II covering at places about 5·50 m thick Chalcolithic deposits shows three occupational levels divided into two Sub-pds. Like their predecessors Chalcolithic folk lived in houses made of reeds and bamboos with mud plaster, their dwellings, comparatively large in dimension, having floors of burnt earth. The earliest level of this Pd has revealed a circular hearth and a few post-holes. A post-cremation burial has been suspected on the top level of the Pd.
