¹ Seven of these ten showed up as early as with the *goya-kamma* § 87. Acc. to the comm. on Thāṇ. 538b objects of pride also include the 6 things that will do harm to an *anattavam* (*anātmavat*), but will add to the benefit of an *attavam*: monk's ranks followers, knowledge, asceticism, reception of alms, and respect.
