Kṛṣṇa ( c. 1548 A.D. ) of Dadhigrāma was son of Vallāla and disciple of Viṣṇu. His *Bījapallava* ( or *Kalpalatāvatāra* ), a commentary on the *Bījagaṇita* of Bhāskarācārya contains a clear and copious exposition of the sense with ample demonstration of the rules much in the manner of Gaṇeśa.
