The *Vārāha Śulba-sūtra* is very closely related to the above two works. There are found several repetitions between these works. This will not seem strange if we remember that they belong to the same school of the *Kṛṣṇa Yajur-veda*. Similarly we find in these *Śulba-sūtras* repetition of a few verses of the *Kātyāyana Śulba-pariśiṣṭa*. The *Vārāha Śulba-sūtra* is broadly divided into three parts and each part is again subdivided into several sections.
