This translation, which was a sort of abstract of the voluminous work, was called *Razm-Nāmah* (Book of War) ; and after being neatly engrossed, it was embellished with pictures. Abul Faẓl wrote a preface covering two sheets. The nobles were ordered to take copies.¹
