87 P.V. Sharma (1989a) and (1992d): 177–178: Atri, as the father of Candra, is called Candrabhāga. Soma (= Candra) is Atri's son in the Mahābhārata (Droṇaparvan 144.4; Śāntiparvan 208.9; ed. Poona). G. Hāldār (Vṛddhatrayī 74–75) regards Soma as one of Ātreya's names.
