v2.c30.931
²³⁰ The (Agniveśa)saṃhitā is described as a treatise consisting of 12,000 verses at the end of the Carakasamhitā (Si.12.52); this verse may be inauthentic (it is put between brackets in several editions). A.F.R. Hoernle believed that he had discovered a fragment of the Agniveśatantra; his evidence was invalidated by P. Cordier (1903b: 342).
