Lohaṭa Lohaṭa, son of Padma and pupil of Milhaṇa, who wrote the *Cikitsāmṛta*, was the author of the *Cikitsārṇavasamhitā*. 761 Since Milhaṇa belongs to the first half of the thirteenth century, Lohaṭa is somewhat later.
