This is stated to form the 94th Adhyāya of the Sanatkumārasaṃhitā of the Pāñcarātrāgama and deals with treatment of eye-diseases. It is said to have been originally revealed by Sanatkumāra to Nārada. The kind of treatment explained herein is said to have met with success in the case of Bṛhadratha, son of Paribhadra, king of Kāśī (vide R. No. 1327a).
