Elsewhere, too, Nīlakaṇṭha quotes Dāmodara: E.g., *prakārāntareṇa* ‘*candrabahuphala*’ *ityādina śrīmad-Dāmodarāhvayasmadgurumukhodgatena ślokenokta* | (Grahaṇādigrantha, ms., p. 61). Later writers also mention Dāmodara. Dāmodara might have composed certain works which are yet to be identified, and from which the above-mentioned passages should have been quoted.¹
