atha sūtīgṛhe janmasthānam |
prācyādigṛhe kriyādayo dvau dvau koṇagatā dvimūrttayaḥ |
śayyāsvapi vāstuvadvadet pātaiḥ ṣaṭtrinavāntyasaṃsthitaiḥ ||

Now, the place of birth within the lying-in chamber:
In the quarters starting with the east, Aries and the following signs taken two by two [indicate the direction], while dual signs are located in the corners. / Regarding beds also, one should speak in the same way as the site, through the positions in the sixth, third, ninth, and twelfth [houses].
