samyag balinaḥ sva tuṅga bhāge sampūrṇā bala varjitasya riktā/
nīca aṃśa gatasya śatru bhāge jñeya aniṣṭa phalā daśā prasūtau//(vaitālīya)

A planetary period is full for one fully powerful in its degree of exaltation; empty for one devoid of strength;
for one gone to its degree of debilitation or in an enemy division, it should be known to have undesirable results at birth.
