The Long Āgama Sūtra 8.62

8.62

又告梵志：「汝將無謂佛以汝置不善聚、黑冥聚中耶？勿生是心！諸不善聚及黑冥聚汝但捨去，吾自為汝說善淨法。」

He also told the wanderer, “Did you think the Buddha would put you in the unskillful category or the category of darkness for no reason? Don’t have such a thought. You should simply abandon those categories of unskillfulness and darkness. I’ll teach you the skillful and pure teaching.”
