śuddhasseva sadā phaggū śuddasso 'poṣadho sadā |
śuddhassa śucikammassa sadā saṃpajjate vrataṃ ||

For the pure, it is always the auspicious Phaggu festival; for the pure, it is always the observance day;
For the pure of clean action, the religious observance is always accomplished.
