Uv16:15
śuddhasya hi sadā phalguḥ śuddasya poṣathaḥ sadā |
śuddhasya śucikarmaṇaḥ sadā saṃpadyate vratam ||

Uv16:15
For the pure, it is always the auspicious festival; for the pure, it is always the observance day;
For the pure of clean action, the religious observance is always accomplished.
