ལྟ་བུས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དེ་ཡོངས་སུ་གང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་འདི་ལྟར་ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་པད་མའི་འོད་དེའི་ཚེའི་ཚད་ནི། གཞོན་ནུར་གྱུར་པ་མ་གཏོགས་པར་བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་བཅུ་གཉིས་སུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གི་ཚེའི་ཚད་ནི་བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་བརྒྱད་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་པད་མའི་འོད་དེའི་བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་བཅུ་གཉིས་འདས་པ་དང་། དགེ་སློང་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་མོས་པ་རྫོགས་པ་འདི་ངའི་འོག་ཏུ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འཚང་རྒྱ་སྟེ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིག་པ་དང་ཞབས་སུ་ལྡན་པ། བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་འཇིག་རྟེན་མཁྱེན་པ་སྐྱེས་བུ་འདུལ་བའི་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར་བ། བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ལྷ་དང་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྟོན་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་པད་མའི་ཁྱུ་མཆོག་རྣམ་པར་གནོན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་འབྱུང་ངོ་ཞེས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་མོས་པ་རྫོགས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ལུང་བསྟན་ནས། ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདའ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་པད་མའི་ཁྱུ་མཆོག་རྣམ་པར་གནོན་པ་དེའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་ཡང་རྣམ་པ་དེ་འདྲ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་པད་མའི་འོད་དེ་ཡོངས་སུ་མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་ནས་བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་སུ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བར་གྱི་བསྐལ་པ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་སུ་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་དེའི་ཚེ་ཚིགས་སུ་བཅད་པ་འདི་དག་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །མ་འོངས་དུས་ན་ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱང་། །རྒྱལ་བ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པར་འབྱུང་འགྱུར་ཏེ། །པད་མའི་འོད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྱན། །སྲོག་ཆགས་བྱེ་བ་སྟོང་དག་རྣམ་པར་འདུལ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་བ་མང་ལ་བཀུར་སྟི་བྱས། །དེར་ནི་སྤྱོད་པ་སྟོབས་རྣམས་རབ་བསྒྲུབས་ནས། །སྟོབས་བཅུ་དག་ཀྱང་མངོན་པར་བསྐྱེད་བྱས་ཏེ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་དམ་པ་མཆོག་ཀྱང་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར། །ཚད་མེད་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་བསྐལ་པ་ན། །དེ་ཚེ་བསྐལ་པ་རིན་ཆེན་མང་པོ་འབྱུང་། །འཇིག་རྟེན་མིང་ཡང་དེ་ཚེ་རྡུལ་མེད་པ། །རྐང་གཉིས་གཙོ་བོའི་ཞིང་

“Śāriputra, the lifespan of Tathāgata Padmaprabha will be twelve intermediate eons, not counting his youth. The lifespan of the beings there will be eight intermediate eons.

“Śāriputra, when those twelve intermediate eons have passed, Tathāgata Padmaprabha will say, ‘Bhikṣus, this bodhisattva mahāsattva named Dhṛtiparipūrṇa will be next to attain the highest, complete enlightenment of buddhahood and will appear in the world as the tathāgata, the arhat, the perfectly enlightened buddha, the one with perfect wisdom and conduct, the sugata, the knower of the world, the unsurpassable guide who tames beings, the teacher of gods and humans, the buddha, the bhagavān named Padma­vṛṣabha­vikrāmin.’ After he gives to the bodhisattva mahāsattva Dhṛtiparipūrṇa the prophecy of his highest, complete enlightenment, he will then pass into nirvāṇa.

“Śāriputra, the buddha realm of Tathāgata Padma­vṛṣabha­vikrāmin will have the same appearance as that of Padmaprabha.

“Śāriputra, after Tathāgata Padmaprabha passes into nirvāṇa the Dharma will remain for thirty-two intermediate eons, and then the outer form of the Dharma will remain for another thirty-two intermediate eons.”

Thereupon the Bhagavān spoke these verses:

“In a future time you, Śārisuta,
Will become a jina, a tathāgata,
The all-seeing Padmaprabha,
Who will guide ten billion beings. {23}

“You will honor many millions of buddhas,
You will accomplish powerful conduct,
You will develop the ten strengths,
And you will reach the supreme, highest enlightenment. {24}

“After countless, incalculable eons
There will be the eon Many Jewels.
There will be a world named Virajā
That will be the pure realm of that supreme human. {25}

“The ground will be covered with beryl
