第四我救脫菩薩欲說大陀羅尼名阿那耆知羅（晉言救諸病苦），消眾毒藥，拔濟眾生出於生死，未度者度、未安者安，未得涅槃者令得涅槃。此陀羅尼句，乃是過去七十七億諸佛所說，我欲說之。

"Fourth: I, Trāṇamukta Bodhisattva, wish to speak a great dhāraṇī named anaqizhila (in Jin: 'Rescuing from Various Sicknesses and Sufferings'), which dispels all poisons, rescues living beings to bring them out of birth and death, crosses over those who are not crossed over, sets at ease those who are not at ease, and causes those who have not attained nirvāṇa to attain nirvāṇa. These dhāraṇī phrases were spoken by seventy-seven billion Buddhas of the past, and I now wish to speak them.
