「誦呪三遍，縷五色結作五結，繫項。是名畢法性海美妙音聲。此大神呪乃是過去十恒河沙等諸佛所說。是呪能令小千世界悉皆震動，其中眾生以大神呪威神力故，三毒病惱纏勞垢習自然湧出，法音光明從毛孔入，欝蒸熱惱自然清涼。小千世界其中眾生，聞此陀羅尼美妙音聲和雅柔軟，有得音響忍者、有得柔順忍者、有得大無生法忍者、有能堪任久住度眾生者、有得畢法性海四辯無礙者，有得大總持神通自在常遊諸國，以美妙音聲而為眾生演說法要。悉是大神呪威神力故，能辦此事。」

"Recite the spell three times, tie five knots in a five-colored thread, and tie it around the neck. This is named the Exquisite Voice of the Ocean of Ultimate Dharmatā. This great dhāraṇī spell was spoken by past Buddhas equal in number to the sands of ten Gaṅgā Rivers. This spell can cause a small chiliocosm to tremble entirely. Through the awe-inspiring spiritual power of this great dhāraṇī spell, the illness and distress of the three poisons and the habitual afflictions of the sentient beings therein will naturally pour forth; the Dharma sound and light will enter through their pores; and the stifling heat and vexation will naturally become cool. Among the sentient beings in the small chiliocosm who hear the exquisite, harmonious, and gentle sound of this dhāraṇī, some will attain the patience of hearing sound, some will attain compliant patience, some will attain the great patience of the non-arising of dharmas, some will be able to remain long to liberate sentient beings, some will attain the four unhindered eloquence of the ocean of ultimate dharmatā, and some will attain the great dhāraṇī and spiritual powers of unimpeded mastery, constantly roaming among the various countries, using the exquisite voice to expound the Dharma essentials for sentient beings. All of this is due to the awe-inspiring spiritual power of the great dhāraṇī spell, which is capable of accomplishing these things."
