問：「若有比丘不捨戒，或作沙彌、或即大道人而更受戒，為得戒不？」答：「不得。」問：「若不得戒，前所受戒故在不？」答：「在。」問：「後師故是師不？」答：「非。」

Question: "If there is a bhikṣu who has not relinquished the precepts, but acts as a śrāmaṇera or directly as a great monk and receives the precepts again, does he obtain the precepts?" Answer: "He does not obtain them." Question: "If he does not obtain the precepts, do the precepts he received previously still remain?" Answer: "They remain." Question: "Is the later master still his master?" Answer: "He is not."
