1.97

問：「不結坐或不受七日，已受臘，得夏不？」答：「不知法，已受，得臘、不得夏。若已夏，僧一諫還取好，過三諫不取，犯戾語決斷懺。還取，得。當取時，白眾然可，乃得。」

Question: "If one does not bind the retreat or does not receive the seven days' [leave], but has already received a seniority year, does one obtain the summer retreat?" Answer: "If one did not know the Dharma and has already received it, one obtains the seniority year but does not obtain the summer retreat. If one has already entered the retreat, it is good if, upon a single admonition by the saṅgha, one returns to take it. If one does not take it after exceeding three admonitions, one commits the offence of defiance of admonition and [must perform] confession. If one returns and takes it, one obtains it. When one is to take it, one must inform the saṅgha and, only when approved, does one obtain it."
