問：「未滿五臘度人，犯何事？其弟子為得戒不？」答：「若知非法而度，犯捨墮。過三諫不止犯決斷。若弟子不知是非法，得戒。若知，不得。」

Question: "If someone with less than five years of seniority ordains a person, what offense does he commit? Does his disciple obtain the precepts?"
Answer: "If he ordains him knowing it to be contrary to Dharma, he commits a naiḥsargika-pāyattika. If he does not stop after three admonitions, he commits a saṃghāvaśeṣa. If the disciple does not know that it is contrary to Dharma, he obtains the precepts. If he knows, he does not obtain them."
