問：「沙彌壇上欲受大戒，或著俗服脚著履屣，或衣鉢不具假借。當時為得戒不？」答：「唯俗服，師不問不得，其餘盡得，師僧犯捨墮。」

Question: "When a śrāmaṇera on the platform is about to receive the full precepts, if he wears secular clothes, has shoes on his feet, or lacks robes and bowl and borrows them, does he obtain the precepts at that time?"
Answer: "Only in the case of secular clothes: if the master does not inquire, he does not obtain them. In all other cases, he obtains them, and the master and saṃgha commit a naiḥsargika-pāyattika."
