問：「沙彌更受大戒，請一比丘為大戒師。而比比丘不知羯磨法及受戒法，更與請一人與受戒。以何當為師？」答：「與受戒者是師。無戒法與者非師。」

Question: "When a śrāmaṇera is to receive the full precepts again, he invites a bhikṣu to be the full-precept master, but that bhikṣu does not know the karmavācanā procedures or the rules for receiving precepts, and further invites another person to administer the precepts to him. Who should be considered the master?"
Answer: "The one who administers the precepts is the master. The one who has no precept procedures to administer is not the master."
