經曰：憍慢性無戲論故諸纏性亦無戲論，諸纏性無戲論故煩惱垢性亦無戲論。

The Sūtra states: 'Because the nature of haughtiness and pride is free from conceptual proliferation, the nature of the entanglements is also free from conceptual proliferation; because the nature of the entanglements is free from conceptual proliferation, the nature of the defilement-stains is also free from conceptual proliferation.'
