妄心下。未發心時妄心起即逐妄，既發心已不可隨之，是故問云：「云何降伏？」
On "deluded mind..." and so forth: before generating the mind, whenever a deluded mind arose they pursued delusion; having already generated the mind, they must not follow it; therefore it asks, saying: "How should they subdue it?"
