此乃善現引自己所證離著，令人生信也。然善現所證之果不過無學，而世尊特稱其為第一者，以無諍故也。

Here, Subhūti cites his own realization as being free from attachment to engender faith in people. Yet the fruition that Subhūti realized was merely that of no-more-learning, and that the Bhagavat uniquely praised him as foremost was due to non-contention.
