「復次明慧」下，第六法師。文三：初標位也，得忍成就故名明慧。「常以無相」下，二辨觀。文三：一明地別行。知三世空，為三明觀也。「盡三界癡煩惱」者，二明除障也。「得三明」下，三明位滿足。「常以六阿僧」下，三明入位時節。「伽羅陀」者，此云度邊，度度等邊也。

From "Furthermore, Bright-Wisdom" down, the sixth Dharma master. The text has three parts: first, marking the rank: attaining the fulfillment of patience, it is therefore named "Bright-Wisdom." From "Constantly through signlessness" down, the second distinguishes contemplation. The text has three parts: 1) clarifying the distinct practice of the bhūmi: knowing the three periods of time to be empty is the contemplation of the three vidyās; from "exhausting the affliction of delusion in the three realms" down, 2) clarifying the elimination of obstacles; from "attaining the three vidyās" down, 3) clarifying the fulfillment of the rank. From "Constantly in six asaṃkhyeyas" down, the third clarifies the period of entering the rank. "Kalādhara" is translated here as "crossing to the shore," crossing to the shore of the perfections and so forth.
