5.80

「復次玄達菩薩」下，第十法師也。文三：初標位者，玄，遠也。達，通也。此位得無生忍無功用心，故云玄達也。「十阿僧」下，二入位時分。滅三界習煩惱也。「住第十地」者，即十三法師中第十法師地，非謂十地菩薩也。「常行三空門」下，三辨觀差別。行三空觀，弘佛三法藏故也。

From "Furthermore, the Bodhisattva Profound Penetration" below is the tenth Dharma master. The text has three parts: first, designating the rank: "profound" (xuan) means far-reaching; "penetration" (da) means mastery. In this rank one attains the unproduced patience with an effortless mind, hence he is called Profound Penetration. From "Ten asaṃkhyeyas" below is, second, the time period of entering the rank. It eradicates the residual defilements of the three realms. "Dwelling in the tenth bhūmi" means the rank of the tenth Dharma master among the thirteen Dharma masters, not the tenth bhūmi of a bodhisattva. From "Constantly practicing the three gateways to emptiness" below is, third, discerning the distinctions of contemplation. It is because he practices the contemplations of the three types of emptiness and propagates the Buddha's three Dharma treasuries.
