復有十六大國王，各各有一萬二萬乃至十萬眷屬，五戒十善、三歸功德，清信行具足。
Furthermore, there were sixteen great kings, each having ten thousand, twenty thousand, or up to a hundred thousand attendants, endowed with the five precepts, ten virtues, and the merits of the three refuges, complete in pure faith practice.
