「大王！未來世中諸小國王四部弟子，自作此罪，破國因緣，身自受之，非佛法僧。」
"Great Kings! In future ages, if the various kings of lesser realms and the disciples of the fourfold assembly commit these sins themselves, these are the causes and conditions for the ruin of the realm; their own persons will undergo it, and it does not concern the Buddha, Dharma, or Saṅgha."
