From "Then King Prasenajit" downward is the sixth [part] within the introductory section of the time of expounding the sūtra, clarifying that Moonlight, the devas, and others made music to praise the Buddha, summoning and gathering the assemblies of the ten directions to come and hear the sūtra. Therein are three [parts]: first, Moonlight produces eighty thousand kinds of music; from "the twenty-eight Brahmā" downward, the devas produce music to praise the Buddha; third, from "in those [Buddha-lands] of other directions" downward, clarifying that bodhisattvas of the ten directions gathered like clouds, producing immeasurable music to awaken the Tathāgata. As for the bodhisattva Dharmaketu of the south, each is distinguished in name by a single virtue. One who enters the second dhyāna is not even moved by sounds. Now saying "to awaken the Tathāgata" clarifies that there was a capacity that resonated with the Buddha.
