經：爾時大眾自相謂言：「大覺世尊前已為我等說摩訶般若波羅蜜多、金剛般若波羅蜜多、天王問般若波羅蜜多、大品等無量無數般若波羅蜜多，今日如來放大光明，斯作何事？」

Sūtra: At that time, the great assembly said among themselves: 'The Greatly Awakened World-Honoured One previously preached for us the Mahāprajñāpāramitā, the Vajracchedikā Prajñāpāramitā, the Prajñāpāramitā of the Questions of the Heavenly King, the Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā, and immeasurable and countless other prajñāpāramitās. Today the Tathāgata emits a great light—for what purpose is this done?'
