經：告大眾言：「吾知十六諸國王等咸作是念：世尊大慈普皆利樂，我等諸王云何護國？」
Sūtra: He addressed the great assembly, saying: "I know that the sixteen kings of the various states and others all have this thought: 'The World-Honoured One's great compassion universally benefits and gladdens all; how are we kings to protect our states?'"
