經：時波斯匿王即從座起，頂禮佛足，合掌長跪而白佛言：「世尊！菩薩摩訶薩云何護佛果？云何護十地行？」

Sūtra: At that time, King Prasenajit immediately arose from his seat, bowed his head at the Buddha's feet, placed his palms together, knelt on both knees, and addressed the Buddha, saying: "World-Honoured One! How do bodhisattva-mahāsattvas protect the buddha-fruit? How do they protect the practice of the ten bhūmis?"
