○五、判教相者，即為六：一、舉大綱。二、引三文證。三、五味半滿相成。四、明合不合。五、通別料簡。六、增數明教。

Classifying the characteristics of the teachings: this consists of six parts: first, setting forth the broad outlines; second, citing three texts as verification; third, the mutual completion of the five flavors and the half-word and full-word; fourth, clarifying harmony and disharmony; fifth, general and specific evaluations; sixth, increasing numbers to clarify the teachings.
