如是緣者，緣助也。所謂諸惡我、我所，所有具度，皆能助成習業，如水能潤種，故用報因為緣也。

As for 'such condition', it is conditioning assistance. That is to say, all evil self and possessions of a self, and all their utensils and provisions, can assist in accomplishing habitual karma; just as water can moisten seeds, retributional causes are therefore taken as conditions.
