從非惡覺覺清淨戒，開出不缺戒。何者？雖防護七支，妄念數起，致有缺漏。若發未來禪，事行不缺；得根本禪，性行不缺。

From the pure precepts of mindfulness free from evil discursive thoughts unfolds the unlacking precept. Why? Although one guards the seven branches [of action], deluded thoughts frequently arise, leading to deficiency and leakage. If one generates threshold dhyāna, phenomenal practice is not lacking; if one attains fundamental dhyāna, natural practice is not lacking.
