七、已辦地位者，即是三乘之人，體色、無色愛即真，發真無漏，斷五上分結七十二品盡也。斷三界事惑究竟，故言已辦地。

7. The stage of having completed what was to be done: this refers to the persons of the three vehicles who, understanding that attachment to form and the formless is itself the real, manifest the real uncontaminated [wisdom] and sever completely the five higher fetters consisting of seventy-two grades. Having definitively severed the delusions of phenomena throughout the three realms, it is therefore called the stage of having completed what was to be done.
