七已辦地者，即是三乘之人體色無色愛即真，發真無漏，斷五下分結，七十二品盡也。斷三界事惑究竟故，言已辦地也。

Seventh, regarding the stage of having completed [the task]: this is when persons of the three vehicles embody form and formless craving as identical to truth, bringing forth the true untainted state, severing the five lower fetters, and exhausting the seventy-two grades. Because they have thoroughly severed the phenomenal delusions of the three realms, it is called the stage of having completed [the task].
