4.92

若圓行者，圓具十法界，一運一切運，乃名大乘。即是乘於佛乘，故名如來行。如《大論》云：「從初發心，常觀涅槃行道。」亦如《大品》云：「從初發心行、生、修，乃至坐道場，亦行、生、修，畢竟、發心二不別。」皆如來行意也。

As for the perfect practice, it perfectly possesses the ten dharma realms; when one conveys, all convey—only then is it called the Great Vehicle. This is riding in the Buddha-yāna, and hence it is called the Tathāgata's practice. As the Great Treatise states: 'From the initial arousal of the mind, constantly contemplating nirvāṇa and practicing the path.' It is also like the Great Chapter stating: 'From the initial arousal of the mind practicing, generating, and cultivating, up to sitting at the site of awakening, likewise practicing, generating, and cultivating; the ultimate and the initial arousal of the mind are not distinct.' These all convey the meaning of the Tathāgata's practice.
