9.81

歷五味者，乳教兩種名義同，兩種名義異而體同。酪教如前（云云）。生蘇。熟蘇中，如前（云云）。涅槃中四種名義異、名義同，而皆體同，一佛性則無差別（云云）。

Tracing through the five flavors: in the milk teaching, two kinds have identical name and meaning, while two kinds have different names and meanings but identical substance. The curd teaching is as explained before, and so forth. In raw butter and clarified butter, it is as explained before, and so forth. In the Mahāparinirvāṇa-sūtra, the four kinds have different or identical names and meanings, but all have an identical substance; for the one buddha-nature admits no difference, and so forth.
