七別人，亦先釋、次由。釋中二：先總、次別。總中言「一念」等者，但期心在果耳，如前廣釋。

Seventh, the person of the Separate [Teaching], which also first has the explanation and next the reasons. In the explanation, there are two: first, general; next, specific. In the general part, the phrase “in a single thought” and so on merely means focusing the mind on the result, as explained in detail earlier.
