18.23

三判麁妙中亦二，謂教及味。味中又二：先通約五味，次「依諸經」下明味中諸部修行分別，故云「可解」。

Part 3, "Judging the coarse and the subtle," also has two [parts], namely, teachings and flavors. Within flavors there are also two [parts]: first, universally in terms of the five flavors; next, from "relying on the various sūtras" downward, clarifying the distinction of cultivation across the various sections within the flavors, hence it says "can be understood."
