次「此意」下正判，傍為二人不信罪福破其斷常，正為二人令生善根，故為人中非無破惡，但有傍正，故云正為生善，傍為破惡。

Next, from "This intent..." onward, it directly assesses: secondarily, for the sake of the two persons who do not believe in sin and merit, it shatters their annihilationism and eternalism; primarily, for the sake of the two persons, it causes them to produce good roots. Therefore, within [the siddhānta for] the individual, it is not that there is no destruction of evil, but there are the secondary and the primary; hence it is said: primarily to produce good, and secondarily to destroy evil.
