第三、結請中三句重騰眾意，一句定於瑞宗。光宅云：「文殊有四種伏難以遮請，慈氏釋四難以申疑情。」今謂此四伏難意淺文迂，宜應廢也。彌勒道劣尚可鑒眾疑，文殊德高何容不達？彌勒自疑兼騰眾惑，正是會理，何繁難通？若此文是釋難者，下身子請云時為如實說，亦應是釋難也。彼既不爾，今何由然也。

Third, in the concluding request, three lines reiterate the assembly's intention, and one line determines the central principle of the omens. Guangzhai said: 'Mañjuśrī has four concealed objections to block the request, and Maitreya resolves the four objections to express the doubting mind.' I now say that the meaning of these four concealed objections is shallow and the text forced; they should be discarded. If Maitreya's inferior Way could still discern the assembly's doubts, how could Mañjuśrī's superior virtue fail to comprehend? Maitreya doubting himself while also conveying the assembly's confusion precisely accords with the principle; why complicate it with objections? If this text resolves objections, then when Śāriputra below requests, saying 'pray speak in accordance with reality in due time,' that should also resolve objections. Since that is not so, on what basis could this be so?
